Kamfield is a young alternative indie rock band born out of Colorado Springs, Colorado — four musicians who found each other through a series of very unique and fortunate events. What started as noise in a garage quickly carried its energy straight into local venues, and the band built a reputation for shows that feel less like a performance and more like something you step into: gritty, electric, and a little unpredictable in the best way.
Fronted by Carter Searcy on lead vocals and guitar, with Dylan Drake on lead guitar, Milton "Milly" Yates on drums, and Lucas Houtchens holding down the bass, Kamfield is lyrically and melodically driven while still leaving room for huge guitar, drum, and bass solos and tons of dancing. Think nostalgia — the feeling of a little league baseball game on a warm summer evening — but with the volume cranked all the way up.
Their debut single crossed 11,000 streams on Spotify, multiple TikTok videos went viral, and they've already hit the stage at The Black Sheep, Sunshine Studios, Lulu's Downtown, and college campus festivals at CU Boulder, CSU Fort Collins, and the Colorado School of Mines. A multistate tour is on the horizon for Summer 2026.
